Never received my shirt. Have contacted seller with no response.

We never received two of the shirts we ordered. We emailed the company and did not get a response

I haven't received this item. I ordered it back on September 12. It shows pending at USPS since September 21. I've contacted the seller via email multiple times and not received a reply email. I've requested a refund and have not gotten a response from the seller nor Jane.

Package never arrived. Tried many times to contact seller with no response. Do not order from this seller!

I ordered the Thackery Binx sweatshirt over a month ago so it would be here in time for Halloween. It still hasn’t shipped. Disappointed. Won’t be ordering from this business again.

I have gotten so many compliments on this shirt, I love it.

Horrible! I actually got the shirt, which I saw from reviews most people didn’t. The shirt brand was Fruit of the Loom, not Canvas Bella like described. Also, it was printed in white and not black as shown in the picture. I messaged the person twice and no response! Do not buy from them! Wasted my money.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Its been over a month and a half and Ive still yet to get it. Says it shipped sept 30. I opened a case with paypal and got my money back. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Never received. Ordered 9/21/21 and received notice it had shipped, but each time I checked the tracking it was still in Massachusetts. I reached out to the seller with no response, so I reached out to Jane support. They asked the seller to respond within 2 business days which they did not. I opted to get a refund for the product.

I ordered this over 3 weeks ago and it never has arrived. This is too long in my opinion.

Ordered over a month ago. Two weeks after ordering it said it was shipped but no acceptance. That is what stills shows up in the tracking. Contacted the seller 3 times with no response.

Received shipping notice on the 12th, but it sat in it's beginning position for a week and a half. No response to emails. Received package on the 25th. Still waiting on second package from same company. Ordered a size medium, said it was unisex. The medium fits like an xl. The shirt is huge!! Will not be ordering from them again and don't recommend to anyone else.
