Order placed on 9/12 - arrived on 10/28. :( Lack of response from customer service, had to open a PayPal claim and contact Jane to get a response. Will not order from again.

Never received my ite

*edit: our items were received a month after I got the email they were shipped. Our items were never received. The items were tracked to a post office in Massachusetts but never moved for over 3 weeks. After contacting the seller by email, we never got a response. I would love to get the issue resolved.

Never received this item. Reached out to the seller multiple times and received no response. Very disappointed.

It has been five weeks and I haven’t received my item. Seeing as how this is a Halloween sweatshirt and Halloween is tomorrow and I still don’t have it, I’m very disappointed. I’ve tried to contact the seller several times with no response. It seems like it could be a problem with usps but I would expect a replacement or refund since I paid for an item and never received it. Very poor customer service.

Ordered 26 days ago still haven't received. This was for halloween, which is tomorrow. Will be returning if I ever receive it. Would like my money back.

Still waiting a month and a half after ordering for the shirts. Reached out to them four days ago and nothing. I would not recommend this company.

If I could leave this zero stars I would. Ordered on September 30th & I still have not recieved my item. Contacted Jane to see about getting a refund since the seller doesn't reply. Should have read the reviews before I purchased. Buyer beware.

Ordered 9/22 and received 10/28... shirts are great but shipping was horrible.

Shipped October 5th. Still have not gotten it. Not happy!

Seller never shipped or responded to my emails. Jane was great in assisting with my refund, but I was really bummed to not get this shirt!

I just received my shirts! I absolutely love them! They are super soft and they fit great! Thank you Johnny Threads!

No stars on this one! Ordered Sept. 27th and still have not received it, it's Oct. 29th. I've contacted the company twice and have had no reply to emails. I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back now. So disappointed.
