Slow service and no customer service. n

Still waiting a month and a half after ordering for the shirts. Reached out to them four days ago and nothing. I would not recommend this company.

Order never received

Never showed up.

If I could leave this zero stars I would. Ordered on September 30th & I still have not recieved my item. Contacted Jane to see about getting a refund since the seller doesn't reply. Should have read the reviews before I purchased. Buyer beware.

Never received the shirt, it was ordered over a month ago.

Ordered 9/22 and received 10/28... shirts are great but shipping was horrible.

Shipped October 5th. Still have not gotten it. Not happy!

Seller never shipped or responded to my emails. Jane was great in assisting with my refund, but I was really bummed to not get this shirt!

I just received my shirts! I absolutely love them! They are super soft and they fit great! Thank you Johnny Threads!

No stars on this one! Ordered Sept. 27th and still have not received it, it's Oct. 29th. I've contacted the company twice and have had no reply to emails. I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back now. So disappointed.

Shipped later than stated shipping window. “Shipped” two weeks ago, still don’t have the product. Reached out for resolution still haven’t heard anything. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

The review should be 0 stars. I purchased this shirt on 9/11. It took almost two weeks to get the shipping started, which is not unusual on Jane. However, the usps status has not updated. I have reached out more than once and received no response. Jane support has not even responded. This is either a scam or something terrible happened to the seller to prevent orders going out. With lack of response, next route is PayPal claim.

Tshirts were ordered over a month ago and still have not been not delivered. Too late to wear them for Halloween. I’ve emailed the seller twice with no response at all.

Never received

I ordered this Sept. 13 and never received the product—it’s Oct. 29. Had to contact Jane support to get this company to respond. They said they were going to send a replacement but never did. Still haven’t heard back from the second time Jane contacted them to refund me. I am far from thrilled.

I ordered this item 6+ weeks ago. Says it shipped on 9/21. I have never received the item. I have messaged the seller twice inquiring and have received no response to either. Would not recommend this seller at this time. Hard to rate something I never received (but paid for).
