I ordered this item 6+ weeks ago. Says it shipped on 9/21. I have never received the item. I have messaged the seller twice inquiring and have received no response to either. Would not recommend this seller at this time. Hard to rate something I never received (but paid for).

I haven’t received my item. Written the seller and haven’t heard back.

This shirt supposedly shipped on September 21. I have never received it and have asked for a refund twice. No one has responded.

Ordered in September and my items still have not arrived. I emailed twice have gotten no response back. I don’t have issues ordering so not sure what’s going on. Please issue me a refund . Your corporation would be very much appreciated.

Never do business with this seller or Jane!! My item arrived over 2 weeks late, and as it was a seasonal item, gave me one time to wear it. HORRIBLE customer service and unacceptable shipping time. Jane sucks. This seller sucks. Eff them both.

I haven't received this item. I ordered it back on September 12. It shows pending at USPS since September 21. I've contacted the seller via email multiple times and not received a reply email. I've requested a refund and have not gotten a response from the seller nor Jane.

I ordered the Thackery Binx sweatshirt over a month ago so it would be here in time for Halloween. It still hasn’t shipped. Disappointed. Won’t be ordering from this business again.
