Never received my shirt. I did end up getting a refund thanks to Jane.com’s customer service and Routes shipping protection. Without that, not sure I would have received a refund.

ETA- I finally received my shirts, too late for the reason I ordered them. But, they are good quality and the designs are super fun. I did also receive a reply to my email after leaving the first review. Like others, never received. No response to emails. Will be working to get a refund.

I placed my order on Sept 24, 2021 and I haven’t received my order. I tried emailing the seller and have not heard anything. I don’t recommend doing any business with this seller. Horrible customer service. I hope Jane.com helps

I PAID for this shirt and it said it shipped out on Oct 4th. I still have not received the shirt and I tried contacting the seller twice by email and got no response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! I have never had an issue like this when buying on Jane.

Yes. The T-shirt was exactly as pictured and sizing was exact.

Took a bit longer, but good quality and fit! Worth the wait

It's been a month and I still haven't received my item

Still have bit received after 3 1/2 weeks, tried reaching out to seller with no reply

Purchased 9/30, supposedly shipped 10/12, have yet to receive item. I totally get that shipping is delayed lately but no updates and almost a month out from order. If it ever shows up, I guess I could use it next Halloween.

I wish I could leave a 5 star review as we purchased 3 of these sweatshirts & never received them. I have contacted the seller and am waiting for a response to the issue.
