Buyer BEWARE! I received the wrong name, someone else's name necklace that was clearly not even close to what I ordered. I quickly contacted the seller to inform them of the wrong necklace that was sent. The seller would NOT respond to any of my messages. Ultimately, I had to contact Jane to get my money back after waiting several days to see if the seller would even respond to Jane. No communication whatsoever! I should have listened to the other reviews that clearly states similar issues and with NO communication from this particular seller.

I order this product not knowing a relative already purchased this product. I attempt to contact the company multiple time (roughly 8-10 times), including hours after ordered with no response. So now the product has arrived and I have no need for it.

Product shipped ahead of projected date and it is so darn cute and packaged nicely. It will be going in my daughter's stocking.

My necklace arrived broken and the name was not attached. I sent a message and a picture to the company and have not heard back.
