I ordered 2 necklaces for my granddaughters and both were broke. The chain on both was broke at the same place on each! By where the name is. I feel like this should have been noticed at the time of packaging I have also sent an email with a picture ..

Updated Review: Unfortunately never heard from the seller after reaching out multiple times and Jane reaching out to the seller themselves. It's understandably a hard time right now, but as a customer it's upsetting. I ordered a monogram necklace and the necklace came with the incorrect monogram. I tried to email the seller and explained that I would be happy with them sending another necklace with the correct monogram because this is a Christmas gift. However, if they would not remake the necklace then I asked for a refund. I have yet to hear back from the seller. I am a little upset because I know that my sister would really love this as a Christmas gift. If I hear back from the seller I would be happy to update my review!
Better than I expected!

Buyer BEWARE! I received the wrong name, someone else's name necklace that was clearly not even close to what I ordered. I quickly contacted the seller to inform them of the wrong necklace that was sent. The seller would NOT respond to any of my messages. Ultimately, I had to contact Jane to get my money back after waiting several days to see if the seller would even respond to Jane. No communication whatsoever! I should have listened to the other reviews that clearly states similar issues and with NO communication from this particular seller.
