Came packaged well and looks just like the picture.

Great customer service! My necklace arrived with an unhooked chain on one side, I simply returned it and they fixed it for free and returned it ASAP!

Cute necklace but would recommend it for a young girl.

The engraved piece is very thin metal and the design does not stand out like it does in the photo. There is no darkening contrast around the bears like in the photo. You can barely make them out. I would not purchase again or recommend this product. The chain is a nice length and sturdy, the reason I gave any stars for this product.

Unfortunately this necklace did not meet my expectations 😕 The wording & bears in the pictures looked a lot darker and easier to see than the one I received. You can't make out anything on it unless you're very close and that's unfortunate because I love it.

The chain is not what is pictured It is really thick and a different color silver than the initials It looks super cheap like something you'd buy at Walmart

Just got them, very pretty We will see how they hold up Packaging could be loads better Will have to repack for Christmas to make it special!
