Wrong length chain was sent to me
Necklace was broken on arrival. Contacted the seller three times without a response. Issued a refund by Jane.com customer service.

I love the design, the only down side was when I took it out of the box, the chain broke off the name charm. I was able to fix it but it was just disappointing right out of the box. Just be careful!

Necklace was so cute however mine was broken upon arrival. I made several attempt to contact the seller with no luck.
Very disappointed in the necklace I bought for a gift for my daughter. Her name is Jancy and the "J" looks nothing like a "J". I even looked on their website and couldn't find one "J" that looked like what was on my daughter's necklace. I tried contacting the store where the necklace came from and I get no response. I've tried calling them, email, and Facebook messenger.
this came faster than I thought and the engraving was perfect. It was packaged in an organza bag and bracelet has substance- not thin- good gold shiny color too
