I ordered 2 names but sadly they were not cut right! The names still has areas that need to be removed It looks like it did cut all the way through I am sad because they were supposed to be gifts but I can't give them like that bc it makes it look super cheap. I am definitely not happy with this purchase. I can kinda understand if it happened to one but not both. Can I get a refund ?..

Let me begin by saying that the error here was just as much my fault as it was the sellers. I ordered 2 of these necklaces and I read the instructions on how to write the names so that the initials would turn out correct on the necklace. Once I read the instructions, I stopped reading. The necklaces arrived with the middle name initial, well - in the middle. I went back and re-read the instructions, saw again where it said to put the names: first name, middle name, last name. So I took a screenshot and kept reading. On down the page, it says to put the names: first name, last name, middle name. Yes, I totally missed this. My bad and I got a good chuckle out of it. Again, I took a screenshot. So, I sent the seller a note as a heads up, in the event someone else made the same error as I did, but understandably so as the instructions were pretty clear, before I stopped reading. I sent both screenshots and I also said I did not want a redo, was my bad for not reading EVERYTHING. I expected a response and got nothing. I don't want a redo. I knew how to write the names but I thought maybe this company did things differently so I followed the first set of directions. The necklaces are very pretty and the recipients will get a good chuckle out of them and they will love them. However, the lack of response from this seller, in my opinion, is unprofessional. Be careful what you order.

I ordered two necklaces, opened 1 up and took the tape off and it broke. The part where the chain connects to the name has no bend or give. Just taking the tape they applied to it broke it. It’s very thin. I’m praying the other one doesn’t break so quickly. Bought these for my son’s girlfriends Christmas gifts🥺

I just received it yesterday and gave it as a gift. Very cute! Waiting to see how well it holds up!
