The Overall item was nice but the Chain is very weak. It has broke 2 times.

I had purchased this necklace in 2017 but needed to update as we added to our family recently. Was disappointed this time as I ordered the exact same color and size as last time (16”/14k rose gold ) but the chain length is at least an inch shorter this time as well as thicker. It just makes for a bulkier of a necklace than my previous one which I loved and wore every day. Not sure I’ll wear as often this time as the shorter length is uncomfortable for me. They names also don’t come off the chain (without breaking the chain) so moving to a new chain of my own choosing isn’t an easy fix. 5 stars to my first necklace from here though.
