Turned out so cute!
I am not pleased with this keychain at all! It is so small!! my keys are bigger than the actual keychain. The tassels are already coming off after a day of using it!
We are so sorry to hear that you are not thrilled with your purchase. We do list measurements on every item so customers are aware of the size. These enamel portion of the key chain measures an inch so large keys, like a car key, will be a bit bigger than the key chain. Also we urge customers to contact customer support if there is ever an issue with a product so we have the chance to correct it. Thank you for the feedback.
Shipping was very quick. Key chain was a little smaller than I thought but I'm over all very happy with my purchase!

I'm in the middle because I LOVE the make up bag...great quality and so cute BUT one of 6 ordered has a problem with the monogramming which may be my fault BUT the co won't reply to my email:(

Not crazy about the fact that these are just vinyl decals & most likely won't last long.
We are so sorry to hear you are not thrilled with your purchase. Beau Tresors is very careful to list monogram materials in each listing so customers are aware at purchase . We do use the highest quality vinyl available, a professional heat press and each cover is pressed individually so the monograms should last a very long time even with a bit of harder use which is easy to do with a passport cover.
