So these are monogrammed with vinyl stickers. I may not have read the print clearly but if I did I would have just bought my own elsewhere

The letters are stick on

These are stickers. They were put on crooked and you can see the clear outline of the sticker.

I was pleased with the first order, with the exception of one of the covers. It had a scratch on the front cover. I emailed the company and asked for a replacement, or even told them that I'd send the other back in if necessary. She responded on April 6 and said that they'd put me a replacement in the mail the next Tuesday. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and I've not received the passport cover, and now they won't respond to my emails. I will not order from them again.

Not at all what I thought it was going to be.

Did not meet expectations; The sizing of the font was tiny in compared to what was pictured. Misleading!

It does take a while to receive, but I expected that as it was mentioned in the product information. I received it yesterday and it’s a cute item and I believe will serve its purpose well. I am giving it 1 star because the incorrect item was shipped to me....wrong color, wrong initials. I have emailed the seller and they have responded requesting a picture before they can proceed. I’ve emailed the picture and will wait for their response. I’ve asked them to expedite the order this time because this is Christmas gift. I will update my review once this issue is resolved.

The product didn't match expectations. The lettering was crooked. It was also pealing off. I was very disappointed with this product. I purchased as a Christmas gift, but I feel embarrassed to do so now. Money wasted.

Very disappointed. The letters are crooked on the passport cover. I bought it as a gift for my husband. So embarrassed not sure if I'll even give it to him.

Apparently my package was delivered to SC and I live in Texas. Now there is a chance the tracking numbers were just switched and my package might be on its way to the correct destination, but the seller has yet to reply to my multiple emails. Being personalized and time sensitive, I am very frustrated over this situation. The USPO has been more helpful than the seller. Please reply to my emails.

Pretty flimsy material and the monogram has a big crooked square around it. Probably won't use it.

wrong initials on the passport cover I got "CCS" when I asked for CSS but overall i like it

I picked lime green with Hot pink monogram. The lime is more green. I would have picked different colors.

The actual cover is nice quality but the vinyl lettering in the corner was crooked. The inside plastic flap was bent in the wrong direction as well. I was going to give this as a gift but probably won't now. :(

The monogram looks like cheap stickers. Not as nice in person

It’s cute but the monogram is just cheap stickers stuck to the front. Peels right off.

Love the idea but my monograms are all just a bit crooked.

Not sure how well or long these will last, but will serve their purpose.
