They arrived and the lettering is peeling off- I contacted the seller a couple days ago with no response. The quality of the book is nice but the sticker wasn't attached well and the lack of customer service is disappointing.

I bought two for myself and my husband, when we received them last night his looks good but when I looked at mine the lettering was very crooked! I was so excited to get these and now mine looks horrible. But my husbands looks good

One of our monograms is crooked, though the other looks amazing.

Quality of cover is not satisfactory and it's difficult to make out the monogram initials.

Not crazy about the fact that these are just vinyl decals & most likely won't last long.

Books are great, I ordered 2 but my monogram is a little crooked on my book.

The cover itself seems nice, but the lettering is not of good quality. I don’t know if it was just because the font was too narrow or what, but it is not even and it looks as though there is a spot that was ripped and repositioned.

Cute but a little cheap looking

One of the passport covers I ordered looked amazing! The other one, had outlines of other words left on the front. In certain light, you can clearly see the outline of other vinyl words cut for other projects. I am very satisfied with one of the passport covers I received but not satisfied with the other one at all. I emailed the shop owner and she was very understanding and got back to me quickly. They are sending a new one out ASAP.

It's not as pretty as I had hoped

My decal was straight, stitching was nicely done and the inside of the cover was in great shape. 3 stars because it’s a material that looks like leather (looks cheap) and feels thin. Wonderful customer service when I reached out with questions!

Letters are stick on. Initials on one are crooked

Fast shipping. Some minor cosmetic issues, such as scratches and random glitter on the passport. Otherwise happy with my purchase.
