Not at all what I thought it was going to be.

I got these for Father's Day and they came with the wrong initials. The initials were ordered correctly just printed wrong. Upon contacting company they said I could get them re-printed or a refund. I chose re-print. It has been a month now, and I have not received another email about it or a refund or the reprints. Very frustrated. I have tried to contact them several times and have not received a reply. I tried everything I could to avoid giving a bad review... this is the first bad review I've ever given

Quality of cover is not satisfactory and it's difficult to make out the monogram initials.

I picked lime green with Hot pink monogram. The lime is more green. I would have picked different colors.

I ordered one dozen and was not happy with the monogram color choice. I got the yellow background with white lettering and the letters did not show up well. My future orders will be with a black background with white lettering. The color chart that was shown proved to be different from the finished product.

Cute, but it is like the monogram is a sticker on the passport cover!

My mouse pad is so cute! I did however mis understand the ordering directions and I meant to order and rectangle one and I got a circular one.. it's still cute as ever but I just wish it was bigger! Over all super cute product though!

Easy to find my passport in my big purse. Cute too!
