I was pleased with the first order, with the exception of one of the covers. It had a scratch on the front cover. I emailed the company and asked for a replacement, or even told them that I'd send the other back in if necessary. She responded on April 6 and said that they'd put me a replacement in the mail the next Tuesday. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and I've not received the passport cover, and now they won't respond to my emails. I will not order from them again.

Ordered a koozie in March and still have not received it. It hasn't even been shipped. Glad I wasn't ordering for Easter!

Wish the monogram was quite as large as it is on the bag. I like how the bag is made with a material that is easy to clean.
