Very disappointed with this product. The amount of force you have to use to get the embossing to show is insane! And even when you push with all you've got- the bottom half of it doesn't even show up :( I wish I had known this prior to buying..I would not have purchased it.

I purchased two of the personal embossers and was only able to get one to work properly, the second one was damaged. One of the stamps within the two compressors was dislodged from the embosser and I was unable to correct it to emboss properly once the two parts of the embosser was installed. I am very disappointed.

Does not work and it’s very hard to push

Unfortunately this stopped working after about 50 envelopes. I was excited to use it for Christmas cards but it stopped embossing and you can no longer read the address

My order is wrong. The zero was left off the end of the road #. Can I get this replaced? Other than that it is beautiful. But as it is- it can’t be used. It was a Christmas gift and I just noticed it.

The item sample is legible. I can not seem to get it to work and be legible. Stamped piece will not stay in place.

The embosser stopped working after 30 envelopes. So now I have to pivot for my wedding invitations.

Cheaply made

Zero assembly instructions. Zero way to change the direction of design. And it leaves black residue on paper. disappointed a bit. I'd hoped it would be inkable.

The design is super cute, but it's really hard to squeeze the embossed and to get it to fully create the address stamp punched all the way through.

This came in two pieces in an envelope with no instructions how to assemble! Tried several times with no success. Wasted money.

I love 2712, but have to say that I'm disappointed that the embosser doesn't quite emboss as pictured. I've tried different paper thicknesses and it doesn't leave the crisp imprint that is pictured in the images.

As pervious comments the emboss is very light after pressing really hard. I am thinking needs to be used on something thicker to really see it??

Not exactly what I thought as you can only use it on the back of envelopes otherwise it is upside down. You have to squeeze pretty hard too. It is pretty!

The print is small and kind of runs together

The embosser does not show up very well and is a bit challenging to use.

Looks pretty, but very small. Hard to read text because of size.
