If I could give a zero star I would. I have been in contact with the company on numerous occasions as the embosser they sent only does half of the address. Every time I contact them, they send me a how to video and tell me how easy it is to work. I agree it is easy, but it does not do the job correctly. The last communication I had with them I sent actual pictures of what the address looks like in different papers and they have failed to respond. Very disappointed as this was part of a wedding shower gift to a dear friend.

My embosser does not even make the paper raised to where you can read it! It was poorly made where the address was printed! It isn't raised enough on the rubber part to even emboss anything!

Works okay, but the font is TINY! Very difficult to read. They also left off the state in the address.

I was very disappointed that the Embosser did not show up on the envelope like was represented by the photo example. Even after pressing very hard still could hardly see the address even on a colored envelope. Would not recommend this product.

This embosser did not work. I followed all of the instructions on assembly, but can't even use for intended purpose. Do not recommend.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. The design was completely unreadable. I had planned to give as a gift but was unable to do so due to the poor quality. Customer service is equally bad. They had numerous chances to make it right and either refused or ignored polite emails. Will NEVER order from this seller again and recommend all others avoid as well.

Embossed does not work. It barely leaves any imprint at all on paper. Horrible product

This arrived and the print is way too small. I was planning on using for my Christmas cards and it is illegible. I did not exceed the number of letters per line. I am very disappointed with the product and how small the embossing turned out to be.

The font is too small and close together, so it is impossible to read the address. I know my own address, and even I struggle to read what it says. I reached out to the company but haven’t heard back. Extremely disappointed...don’t waste your money.

The Embosser does not leave an impression on the paper. I have had several people look at it to make sure I assembled it correctly and we have watched the "how to assemble" video. I will be sending it back for a refund. I am truly disappointed since I was really looking forward to having an embosser.

Item was received with the wrong address. It has been 13 days since my first (of 3 messages) to the seller and I have not yet received a response.

The embosser can barely be seen and cannot read it at all. I sent a message to Jane on June 5th and haven't heard anything back. I don't know whether there is something wrong with the one they sent me or if it is just a cheap embosser. But since I've not heard back from them I'd say their customer service is not that great either.

As of 7/24/21 --still no response from vendor! Would not recommend still no address template...after reading responses its odd that other people have the same issue. Package was opened when received and missing content of address. Still waiting for response from vendor.

Arrived without the embossed plate attached. I have written 3 emails to seller and have had zero response back

Product doesn't leave a clear impression, so I'm not really comfortable using on my mail. I message the company 2 weeks ago and haven't received a response.
