I love this! Such a fun activity for my son to paint!

Very cute! Kids loved them! Some of the paint came opened during shipping but it was bagged separately so no damage to the actual product.

I received my personalized embosser however the font on line 1 was way too small and very difficult to read our family name. I think they should allow a maximum of 10-15 letters not 20 for line 1. At the very least have a disclaimer informing customers how small the font will be! The sample they used does not reflect what 20 letters would look like. I like the design and the quality of the embosser itself is great but unfortunately I cannot use it for my Christmas cards as I had hoped. I was equally disappointed with their response after emailing them about my concern. I kindly requested 2712 Design to replace the design plate with a new one that our family name appears clearer and readable with another design or font. Further, if they are unable to complete this request to refund my purchase. Their response was basically instructing me to purchase and pay for another design plate!!! Wait 2 weeks and hope it turns out well! No thank you!!! I will not order from them ever again and encourage others to stay away!

So small you can't even read the text. Super disappointed.

No instructions for putting it together, spent lots of time trying to get the installation correct-nothing to go by. Have it together, but unable to get enough pressure to make it emboss.

I am very disappointed with this product. Firstly, it did not come with instruction to properly assemble. Still not sure if I put it on right. Secondly, it does NOT emboss my paper correctly, only embossing the top half. Not sure if I am doing it right because they is no manual to the madness! I would like to contact the owner but don't know how to.

Only embosses part of the label. Don't waste your money.

Doesn't work well. You can barely see the name or address. Waste of money!

Product was fine, but customer service left very much to be desired.

Received someone else's embosser .. Never received mine .. Contacted them 3 times .. These people don't care about your satisfaction at ALL ! Horrific experience:( going back to shopping at Zulily!

I wish I could give zero stars. I received the wrong embosser and after multiple attempts over multiple weeks to contact 2712 designs I have not received a response.

Waste of money. I watched the instruction video multiple times to make sure I was using it correctly. The embossing, regardless of amount of pressure used, wasn't visible even on dark colored paper as pictured. I'll stick with self-inking stamps from now on. Went in the trash!
