Even though this product was estimated to ship rather quickly, after a month it still has not shipped. I’ve tried contacting the seller twice, receiving automated responses with no follow up. Very disappointed.

Buyer beware!! Never received the order and got zero response from the company! Jane.com had to refund this order!

I ordered this over 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. I was hoping for a lovely craft for the kids but I don’t think it is going to happen. I have requested a refund. We shall see.

This was expected in October and it was delivered in December. Too late for me to give for a gift.

I ordered this product October 3 and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back. So disappointing! This is the first bad experience I've had shopping on Jane.

In the picture, the bunny looks bigger. They must have really been using a small basket for the bunny to appear so large. It is not, it is VERY small. They also show a really nice leather string attaching the bunny to the basket. That is not included, comes with a single thread of string attached.

Arrived damaged, contacted company and included pics of the items got an auto-response that it could take up to 3 days for their team to respond accordingly. No response, this was supposed to be part of my daughters Easter Basket. Bummed

Came broken and super small . Pre-K or kindergarten couldn’t use due to size of tracing letters. Too small or motor skills

I ordered 2, and they were both chipped on the edge.

A lot smaller than expected and the chalk doesn’t come off easy. For a new “writer” the boards are small.

By the time it was delivered it had a large chip on one corner. Probably not the sellers fault but maybe better shipping padding. Otherwise it works well for my 3 year old.
