Does not work. Waste of money.
It doesn't work. I emailed the seller with no help being offered.
I ordered this embosser to use for my Christmas cards this year. I was so excited to use it! I was only able to emboss about 30-35 envelopes before it quit working. I tried readjusting it several times, but was unable to get it to work properly again. I contacted the seller twice through email without any response. When it worked it looked great! Very disappointed!!
I couldn’t get the stamp to leave an impression on anything from paper to thin card stock….
Mailed this heavy object in a paper envelope and of course the embosser fell out somewhere in the shipping process...I can't use this thing. Waste of time and money.

It doesn’t emboss. It’s broken and no one from Janes or the seller returned my request for assistance
It didn't work, unfortunately and the vendor did not answer my emails. I sent photos and a video showing how it didn't work, but no response. The packing slip showed the impression that it could make, but the metal pieces with the stamp did not close properly. I think something happened in transit. I only want to replace the holder that doesn't work.
I can’t speak to the quality of the product because the flimsy envelope showed up empty. They told me to file a claim with the carrier. Their customer service was so slow to respond and curt.
Nothing like the pic. It came in multiple pieces and does not look like the picture in purchasing it. Was for a house warming gift, but too cheesy to give.
I have asked to return this item and have not heard back.
From what I can tell it seems to be pretty good quality. that is the only reason I give it 2 stars. Their customer service seems to be nonexistent . I ordered the embosser and as soon as I hit send I realized that I made an error on my order. I emailed 2712 Design(because they don't have a phone number listed) immediately and asked if it could be corrected. I never received so much as a response beyond the auto generated, promising a real person would be in touch within 1 to 2 business days. I emailed a second time with the same result. Now I have an embosser that can not be used. Of course, I take some responsibility for not putting the correct information on the order however I gave them ample time to contact me and fix the error and they did nothing. I even put the corrected information into the email.
Not very clear. Looks crowded. May I exchange it? I would recommend directions & diagrams. It took me a while to figure out how to position the plates, etc.

The lower part of the address doesn't show up well no matter how hard I squeeze the tool.

Poor quality imprint. Would not recommend purchasing it. The price should have indicated the quality.
Wish it would emboss deeper so I can see the printing. It’s really light and doesn’t look as good as the photos.

The font is so small and squished that it gets muddled together and it’s very hard to read.
