This product is as advertised. I would have enjoyed the wording inserted to show the address on the top and cuter packaging. It came in the box like you would get at office depot. Overall its good, I think my step mom will enjoy it.

I think it would have been more professional for the seller to ensure that the label was already in the stamp. I had to stamp it myself and put it in the slide.

I didn't receive the item and the seller didn't respond to my email.

Ordered 3 of these pet ornaments. They arrived quickly but one of them has a defect...there is a divot and very dark mark in the name portion. I have tried twice to contact seller but no one responds. (The other 2 ornaments are fine). Now I am stuck as they were part of a Christmas gift.
