I thought these boots looked soft in the picture. They are actually very rough. Think cheap gardening gloves or work gloves that have been left out in the elements for months, sun-baked and rained on and dried stiff. The size was not right at all. I ordered a 7.5 for my daughter. I usually like to wear an 8 myself. She can comfortably wear a range of sizes, but generally has a wide and short foot, and prefers to wear smaller shoes than I do. A much smaller-footed person tried them on, who usually wears a 7, and found them extremely uncomfortable even though they fit her. She said that they feel as if there's metal inside, pinching her feet.

I ordered my normal size, but it ended up being two sizes too big. I contacted the seller and they exchanged the shoe without question, even though it was technically my fault. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Love the shoes too! Just order 2 sizes down from your normal.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE BOOTS!!!!! I wish this was still live so I could buy the brown ones!! They’re super cute and actually comfortable. Easy to walk in for my peeps that don’t do high heels. They aren’t too high but not too low either! Love them!!

The boots are cute. The suede looks good. The fit was right. The heel was a little taller than I expected. I am 5-10, and they come above my knee. However, if your thighs are bigger, I can see where they might be tight to zip. There is elastic behind the knee which helps with the fit. The heel and sole are plastic looking which detracts from the overall look of the boot. I wish it looked better. They also have a slight chemical smell. I'm sure that will go away. Having said all that, I am pleased to have a tall boot, and I would recommend these!
