Absolutely love these shoes!!

Shipped on Dec. 11 and still have not received my order even though Jane.com sent me an email to review my order. Seems suspicious. If I don’t receive my order next week I will be demanding a refund.

Love this type of shoe. I think I have them in every color now.

I would give shoes one star because the size is WAY off, probably at least two sizes smaller. But I was very pleased with the company and their return policy, they even accepted outside the normal return period since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Way cute and sad even the biggest size would be too small

Not made for bigger calf’s. But company was very helpful with refund.

Run very small and are very narrow, but look so cute - wish they fit.

Never received my order

Amazing customer service!! These boots were super cute but ran a half size too small on me. I contacted the seller for refund, received immediate reply asking me to donate the boots & refunded my money!! I will go out of my way to order from them in the future- so professional & accommodating. I will watch for these boots to come back so I can order a half size up because they really were cute.

These were SO narrow- the company was amazing and offered a refund and let me gift the shoes to someone who needed them
