Canvases usually run about 1 size larger. I anticipated that and ordered an 8 instead of a 9...it fit me perfectly. I ordered the camo print. Gorgeous. & the quality is A1 for the price.

These are really cute, but the fit for me does not work. They are a little too big and bulky and the base of the shoe is a little wider than I like or expected. I am going to return them.

Amazing customer service

The boots run very small..not true to size and they have a strong plastic smell. Jane makes things very difficult to return. I won't be shopping here anymore.

Fits small. Order a 1/2 size larger. Very warm, cute, and comfy!

I ordered a 10 when usually I wear 9.5, and they were incredibly small! I wore them for a couple hours one day and they were the worst thing. I contacted the seller and customer service was amazing! That’s why they are getting a 3 star, I would give them more but want you all to know they come super small!

The smell of the boots was so bad I had to leave them in the garage. When I finally wore them I was embarrassed of the smell and had to bathe right after taking them off. Will probably have to throw them away if seller will not accept the return. Very disappointed 😔

The shoe is fabulous, although I was bummed to find the shoe fit was about a half size too big. They didn’t work for me unfortunately, but the company responded quickly and handled things so generously and graciously!

If you have to walk a lot (for example, shopping), I do not recommend wearing these bc they were not very comfy.

These boots are super tall. The calf is tight and almost had to slouch the boots on me or would have been a thigh high. Made me look like a motorcycle cop hahaha Company was very helpful and made return/refrund process go very smoothly.

This company is so great! I ordered the wrong size for my daughter-in-law and their customer service took such good care of me - even though I messed up! So friendly and customer service oriented. Amazing service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for being so good to me!
