I would buy from this place again in a heart beat!!!!!!!!!! I asked them if I could get a refund on my shoes because they were too small and they were a gift for my family member and when I told him that they said just to keep the shoes and donate them somewhere and they sent me my refund also!!! The shoes were a Christmas present. My daughter absolutely loves the look of these boots. I ordered a 7, the box said 7, but neither boot fit my daughter--who wears a 7. One boot was marked 6, one was 7--but neither boot was large enough to even get her whole foot into. I am hoping for a good return/exchange plan.

I bought these for the comfort. They are fine for that.

Shoes were very very cute, however, I ordered a size 11 (which both pairs said they were) and I sold them to a friend who is a size 8 and they fit her.

I am very disappointed. The wrong boots were delivered to me, and they're nothing like the picture. The ones that came were nice, but really similar to a pair that I already have. I will not return them because they're a Christmas gift from my husband, and I don't want him to go through the trouble of sending them back.

I didn't care for these boots, but, wow, the customer service is truly awesome! They processed my refund speedily and very cordially. If you're on the fence, go ahead and try these, because it's not a big deal if they don't work for you. I will say the boots have a very narrow fit, so keep that in mind.

The shoes fit very narrow.
