Never received. I emailed the seller on Monday, December 18th (the date expected to ship) - as of today, December 26th, no response, and tracking shows that the label for USPS Shipment was created on Dec. 20th but they have not been actually shipped "USPS Awaiting Shipment". Considering these were ordered on Dec. 9th as a Christmas gift and not even shipped, let alone received by Christmas, I am very dissatisfied with this seller. It appears from other recent reviews that I am not alone in my concerns.
Nice gift well done a little slow on shipping but did get before Christmas for which I wAs thankful!

0 stars. My package was delivered to an address in Florida, I live in Ohio. When I contacted the seller she replied promptly stating they would be remade and shipped. It’s been 12 days and I’ve still not received a new shipping confirmation number or a package.
These were not delivered to someone else. I found the mistake and emailed letting you know what had happened and also the tracking number. You were also issued a full refund for my mistake. Thanks!
Was never delivered to me. This was delivered to Florida and I contacted the seller there was enough time to send them to me before Christmas. Now it is Christmas eve and nothing... thanks alot
These were not delivered to someone else. Your order was cancelled and refunded, as they would not be arriving in time as per the tracking. The estimated ship date wasn't until Dec. 19. Thanks!
Never received, tracking was incorrect and for a different state, no response to my email requesting correct tracking. Ruined a Christmas gift bc I did not have the monogram to put on the cup I already purchased.
Thanks so much for your order! I'm sorry, I have not received any emails from you regarding this issue. The tracking isn't incorrect, I just checked the tracking and it shows delivery as Thursday. Also the expected ship date for these was only a day or two before Christmas so they should not have been expected to arrive before Christmas. However you could have emailed after purchase to let me know, and I could have arranged express shipping for you.
They are very nice! Super excited to give to my 16 yr old niece for Christmas. They were quick to respond when I had a question too.

Order November 29 never received!! Emailed seller no reply! This was a Christmas gift and I don't have it or my money back!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Seller shipped the item very late. Then shipped it to the wrong address. According to USPS it was shipped (and successfully delivered) to Illinois and I live in Florida. I contacted the seller twice and have not received communication back. This was for Christmas and I did not receive it. I am contacting Jane regarding this transaction.
These were shipped to the correct address, the tracking was entered incorrectly. Please be sure to always look at the estimated ship by date. These were estimated to ship only a few days before Christmas therefore should not have been expected to arrive before Christmas, especially due to the abundance of holiday mail. I responded to each email received and also send one regarding these as I mentioned in the latest email I replied to.
Didn't receive these in time to gift them to their intended recipients at the faculty Christmas party. Advert said they would ship no later than Dec. 9 but actual ship date was Dec. 18. No communication from seller about delay. Unfortunately I will have to pay additional shipping charges so my friends can receive these before Christmas. I won't see them again until January.
If I could give zero stars that’s what I would give. I ordered Dec 4th still have not received my order! I’ve sent two emails with no response. When I view tracking it shows delivered in Illinois....I’m in Arkansas! 😡
Thanks so much for your order! Please always check the estimated shipping date. I received one email in which I replied to, letting you know the tracking I have and delivery date and that your order was not delivered to an incorrect address. It was shipped to your address.
Love the coaters but, very poor Communication via the seller as there was no communication received back from the seller when I sent email inquiring with a question. Also items arrived 13 days after estimated arrival date. Had ordered in plenty of time to have for a special occasion and didn’t receive in time. :(
