Haven’t received it yet...3 weeks and waiting...
almost two months since ordered and still dont have :(
I'm not sure why I am reviewing this, as I never received the product. I always read reviews, but I didn't on this one. Along with the rest of the people that have posted, I never received my product and was told (after a couple of unanswered emails) that my order was shipping out the next day. That was well over a week ago.
Seller after 2 months would never send my keychain. FINALLY refunded me (although I haven’t seen it in my account) after I reported them to Jane. BEWARE!!
Thanks so much for you order! I'm sorry, No it absolutely was not two months. You placed the order December 1. That was the date the order was placed not the expected ship date. However I did email concerning the order. Please always check the estimated ship date when ordering. The reason the order was cancelled and you were refunded was stated in the email I sent to you concerning the order. Thanks!
Ordered as a Christmas gift in early December and still have not received it. Was scheduled to ship by Dec. 19 but has not shipped and it is Dec. 27. I have attempted to contact the seller and the link does not work. I went to sellers website to attempt contact and the website is currently unavailable. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal and will file a dispute with PayPal.

I have not received this item as of yet! I purchased the item at the beginning of the month. I was told it would ship December 18th but I still haven’t recieved the item. When I emailed inquiring about my purchase I did get a timely response. My package was shipped today so I am looking forward to receiving it soon.
Nice product but slow delivery. Ordered Nov 29 for Christmas present received December 26 estimated shipping when ordered said ships in 3-5 business days 🤔
I ordered on December 18. It was marked as though it would be delivered by Christmas, but I have yet to receive it.
Did not like this at all clip was clear not white as appeared Monogram did not show up at all. Waste of money
I have yet to receive this product! It was a pre-holiday sale and was listed to ship by December 18th. It still says processing. I have emailed the seller with no response.
TERRIBLE SHIPPING!!! This order was stated to ship on 12/18. When no tracking had been updated, I emailed the seller and she stated she'd get the tracking info updated. A number did show up but it STILL remains on "pre shipment" status with USPS so I'm assuming it was a bogus tracking number. I've contacted Jane customer service and they've requested the seller cancel the order as I needed for Christmas which has come and gone.... I'm very disappointed with this seller and will not purchase from them again nor recommend them to anyone else. I wish I'd have read the reviews about all the shipping errors they've had prior to purchasing.
