They came with the wrong letters. Very disappointed.

I ordered this for Christmas around 11/29/17. I just got notification today on 1/4/18 that it shipped. You could have contacted me to see if I still wanted it. No more ordering from Sealed Paperie and it makes me leery of ordering anything from Jane.com.

Slow shipper, promised it was shipped and then it did not ship for over a week later.

Took a month to ship! It was supposed to be a Christmas present and cake in the middle of January

Item was suppose to ship on Dec 19th, I still have not received what I purchased, nor does it appear to have shipped. I have had no contact from seller. I want a refund asap!

Absolutely love! I've been looking for something like this to keep on my stethoscope at work for a while now. It fits perfectly and is so cute! No complaints at all!

Still hasn’t shipped.

The product was great after I finally got it. It took far longer than the estimated time when I ordered it and I almost didn’t get it in time to give as the gift I bought it for

Never got an email back after I told them it’s been sent to the wrong address. Still no key chain and no email back.

I placed my order on December 10th and was guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. It has yet to show up. After contacting the seller, she did redo the order.

Was sent to the wrong address, but after emailing the woman she was kind enough to remake me one and try sending it again. I got it relatively fast since she had to remake it. I think my tassel is the wrong color but that’s no big deal because it looks great!!

Promised ship date was 12/18, shipping label was created but my sticker was never shipped, she said she emailed me about a delay, but I never got it. Didn’t have my pre-holiday sticker in time for the Holiday. She did however issue the refund promptly when I requested it in my second communication. Would never buy from her again
