Cute idea but not user friendly. Directions seemed easy enough but execution was difficult ruined two of the decals. The front application sticker needed to be stickier.

I ordered these for my step-daugther for Christmas. When I ordered them on Dec 5th it said that the seller ships in 4 business days. Well here it is Dec18th and my order shows that it is still processing.

This person does not respond to emails, one of my decals was wrong and was suppose to be on a Christmas gift . I have been trying to notify and have not received any response

Still have not received this item. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it isn’t looking like I’ll have them in time now. Also, emailed the seller 3 times before I received a response.

Ordered on December 4th and was supposed to ship on the 9th. Now it’s the 18th and I still don’t have them. I have emailed the seller 4 times with no response. I tracked the item and it says the shipping label was made on the 11th but the package hasn’t made it to the facility. I’ve never had any problem before with a seller on Jane.com, but I will never buy from this seller again! Very disappointed wanted this item for a Christmas gift:(

Still processing since November 27. Can't get seller to contact me

I still have not relieved my items, and they haven’t shipped. It has been 4 weeks, and I have contacted the seller with no reply. I ordered these as Christmas presents BEFORE Thanksgiving, and I still have not received them. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Unbelievable waiting time. I contacted them right after I put the order in to let them know I put the wrong initials, and WEEKS later, it came in incorrect. Waited way too long for this to be sent incorrect. They don’t care about the customer. They never responded and probably never checked their email.

I ordered several of these for Christmas gifts and they were very cute! One of them had the wrong initials and I contacted the seller. She sent me a new one ASAP, very pleased!

I would leave 0 stars if possible. My item never shipped. I have emailed the seller twice with no response and have now contacted Jane directly. I am disgusted at this. The tracking number provided states that the package was never even brought to USPS to be shipped. And by the time the tracking number was available the item would be shipping late as it is.

I ordered this stethoscope clip at the end of November as a Christmas gift. After a week and a half I still had not received any shipping information so I emailed. I got a response stating that my order was ready to be shipped. It is now 10 days later from my original email asking about why it hadn’t been shipped and I still haven’t seen any shipping confirmation nor have I received a response.
