I’ve ordered from this company before and I’m never disappointed! I love love love their products! The only way they can do it any better is to paint it and do the project for me!
Very rough edges around the name and lots of burn marks. Will end up painting the letter to cover up the scratches and burns. Pretty disappointed
Did you receive the care instructions with your order? The unfinished metal shows some discoloration, but it buffs out easily and quickly with some light sanding. If you like the metallic finish better, you might consider that before you paint it.
These are okay - but the quality is a bit questionable. The metal looks weathered and very unclean as shown in the picture.
Thanks for the review. Yep, as we say in each ad, this is unfinished, raw metal. With a dust off and a bit of light sanding, these look perfectly shiny and bright.
Had my niece's name made and it's perfect! Great little decor for her bedroom.
Was not happy with the quality of this at all. The edges are sharp and is it discolored from where they burn it off I guess.
We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with the discoloration on your arrow. The cursive arrows especially look discolored if left unsanded/buffed. With a bit of paint or light sanding, the finish will look amazing. We included information in our original ad about the discoloration, sharp edges, and unfinished metal, and we do include care instructions with each order about how to clean and care for it and shine it up or paint it in a variety of ways.
