I used it for my jewelry. I loved it so much, i bought another.
This was a gift. Received promptly and good quality.
The metal is smaller in size than I was thinking and discolored where it was cut so I can’t even use it. Disappointing.

The letter is generic and burnt markings were on the metal which did not add character !

The 12" Custom Metal Arrow is adorable and I love it, just like my other Rusted Orange purchases.
This company has horrible customer service. They didn't place the 💙 Between the two letters I e mailed them and got a response that I can re order the item with a discount and they will discount shipping. Really ! And for the cheap quality they could just simply replace it ! I'll never recommend them !

After we verified your order and checked that the heart was not included in the original order, we gave you the option to reorder with a discount on the item and shipping. You received EXACTLY what was ordered. After you bashed our customer service team, they asked us to review your scenario and we offered to replace your item free of charge. We're cool like that. Wish you'd give us a chance before you slam us online. Happy Holidays anyway and enjoy your free replacement arrow on us.
