All in all, it looks nice from afar. As you look closely, the cutting left very rough edges. Packaging was just a cardboard box wrapped around it, and it was bent in delivery. We gave it as a gift and they seemed excited, but was slightly disappointed.
We've recently invested in new equipment that allows us to send out everything pre-sanded and without rough edges or discoloration. We listened. Thanks for the feedback.
