These were adorable online. However, in person you can see how they were adhered to the shirt. The design is almost on a square sheet and that whole thing is placed on the shirt vs. the individual pieces.
Can’t wait to order all the colors and styles!!! Very unique, which is what I love 🥰🥰🥰

The item itself is nice, but the packaging is lacking. I'm giving this item as a gift, and I feel that it looks cheap. It would look a lot better if the packaging showed what the item was on the outside, and was laying in the box in a way that made it obvious of what it is. Still a good product that I would recommend purchasing.

With Jane being a discount site, in order to offer discount prices often we have to look at areas we can cut back on to be able to offer great prices. Unfortunately packaging is one of them. To offer the best possibly price we have to Order this product with no boxes and once they arrive buy boxes locally, make the boxes and package the items and ship to be able to offer our customers the best price possible. I do agree printed boxes would be nice, but the price would have to be increased to do this. Extra printing costs, extra shipping cost & extra packaging cost.
I still have not received this order, i ordered it on Thanksgiving and it still says processing. I have emailed with no response and was expecting this as a christmas gift.
Hi Heather, we have made several attempts to contact you as we have with all of our customers to update on the situation we were having with these dolls. the email you gave us is showing as not valid, and again we tried to email you and it bounced back as not a valid account. We have also checked our spam accounts and have not found any emails sent from you. We wish we could have talked about ths situation by phone or email, rather than on here. Just so you are updated because you are not getting our emails, all the dolls have been shipped and are expected before Christmas with most of them showing delivery for Thursday. If you get a chance please send us a email so we can update you on what has happened beyond our control.
I still haven’t received my order or a notice that it is going to be shipped. I really wanted it for my granddaughter for Christmas. Therefore I really can’t give it any stars. I’d like for you to look into this matter. Thank you for looking into this matter so fast. I have received my order and the doll is adorable I’m sure my granddaughter will love her when she opens her up for Christmas! Yes I would recommend this to anyone whose kids love frozen.

The faces and clothes are cute and well made but the legs on both of the dolls stick out at a weird angle. I don't think my 2 year old niece will notice but I see it.
So precious! My little girl wore the Ana and Elsa dress to see Frozen II and she loved it!
