Very soft dresses, adorable ruffle sleeve detail.
The doll was cute, and my daughter loved her, but the it had the worst smell to it! I tried so many things but I could not get rid of it. One of the feet was bent backwards also. Definitely got what I paid for with the price.
The first time my I put the shoes on my grand daughter the bow fell off. I sent the company and email and they replied they are closed on the weekend. The email was sent on a Wednesday. After reading other reviews I saw this was an issue. I wish I had seen that before I ordered. Very disappointed
We always appreciate reviews as it gives us an opportunity good or bad to see things we might need to change along the way. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Just a follow up to our emails, we did run into an issue with our last batch of shoes, and we do apologize for this. Due to extream cold and hot weather, there did seem to be a bonding issue, we did reach out to the customers involved and offered a fix for the situation as well as a refund to cover it. I also wanted to touch base regarding our auto-reply. As discussed we do have an auto-reply on our email stating that we are closed on Sat and Sunday. We do want our customers to be aware that if they leave us a message during this time we will not respond till Monday. We do ask for a 24 - 48-hour window to get back to our customers, as we are very very with inquires and packaging orders. Your email arrived on Wed afternoon and by Wed evening we did reply to you. We then in return waited for your response that took many days. Again we do appreciate feedback.

These shoes are so cute but while my daughter was wearing them for the FIRST TIME the bow fell off. Disappointed! Update: the company contacted me to see if a credit on their website would help with my issue. I felt like sometimes these things happen and didn't take them up on it. Unfortunately, the second time she wore them the laces broke on both shoes. I highly recommend you do not order these shoes!!
I was sent the wrong shirt. I reached out to them they said they would resend the right shirt. A month later after still not receiving the shirt I emailed them and they said it had been sent out and I should receive it any day now. Two months later I still do not have my shirt and now when I emailed them again they said they were new to the team and asked for my order number, which I gave them. This was last week and I still have not heard back. If I ever receive the shirt I’m sure by then I won’t even for my baby😒 I would not order from them again. It has been the biggest pain. If zero stars was an option that is what I would give them.

I never even got the merchandise. I ordered on 11/7/2019 and as of 1/17/2020 nothing. When I notified seller 11 days ago and sent email she didn’t respond to my second email. Poor customer service. Do not recommend!!
Dresses are very cute but beware I ordered two different dresses in the same size & one is really large. Out of the two only one will fit, the other one she will have to wait awhile to grow into.
I was impressed with the quality of this dress. I’ll definitely get more if they have another sale!
