Kim went above and beyond to correct an order issue I had. I was shipped an incorrect dress and she quickly refunded me for it. I was also missing a dress, and she sent me a replacement.
These are so cute! Can’t wait to have my baby wear them!!

The bow fell off and elastic broke after the 3rd wear and sparkles wore off on the front on the first wear.

Pretty flimsy. It doesn't stand straight. I thought the lights rotated, but they don't. You need to switch it on and off to get the color you want. There is a power off button on the black stand, but it doesn't do anything..just for decoration? There is an a switch on the cord you need to find to power on & off. For a 4 yr old,he loves it. But as a parent,not worth the price
Covered in hard sticky stuff that won’t wash out and I bought two of the same size and they were noticeably different sizes.
I ordered the 0/3 month for my average size 2 month old and it was extremely small. I would recommend sizing up.
Cute tin but it doesn’t shut all the way! And the chapsticks were so cheap that they broke without even being turned up.

Said refunded money on a purchase that they didn’t even send and still haven’t received refunded money. Message supplier no response.
We want to start off by saying as we did in the several emails sent to you, that we are not the ones who process your refund. When a refund is to be done, it is given to Jane to process. Once it is processed it can take 5-7 business days to show up in your account. Just because the funds are not instantly available does not mean the refund was not processed. I also want to make note that your email was sent to us on Christmas Eve, and when we did not reply you left this review on Christmas Day. As our email stated we were closed for the holidays, thus no instant response to your email. As much as we were closed we did respond on Boxing Day as well as many days since then to confirm that you did in fact get our message as we as the confirmation email from Jane stating your refund had been processed.
