Hi Sheila, I'm just reaching out regarding the review you're left on your Jane purchase with us. We are happy to hear that you think the shirts are cute but are disappointed if you felt mislead in any way that you were getting a complete set. We try very hard to make sure that we cover everything so our customers know exactly what they are getting in the deal. We are always open to our customer's suggestions on how we can change a deal and make it more clear for the customers, if you had some suggestions, I would love to hear them and try to implement them. The listing was very clear what you would be receiving and made many comments that any additional items were for display purposes only.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that one dress was shorted. With in the package is a shipping list, can you please take a picture and send to us. I need to figure out if it was short shipped or if, the item was oversold and a refund was given. Our packages are checked by 3 people before it ships, the one who pulls the order, the one who packages the order, and the one who sees if an item is missing and refunds the item. I am thinking this is not something that was deliberately done as we have all these checkpoints in place to make sure our customers are getting what has been ordered. If you can please send me the label inside with what was checked off as well as a picture of the back, I would like to make sure that we get this taken care of for you. Did you contact our customer support line before leaving a review for it to be looked into? Thanks Kim This customer was refunded for the one dress even though she said she had thrown out the packing slip, and could not actually show us the notes if any of her packing slip.

After reaching out to this customer several times to get more details and try to resolve the issue, refund or exchange, we have never heard back. This romper is one of our best sellers and we have sold more than 1000 with no issues. We did ask for pictures of the stitching so we could follow up with our supplier if there was an issue, but again never did hear back.
