Girls & Boys Faux Fur Pom Hats

I ordered 2 hats in 2 different sizes. Unfortunately one was too small I contacted the seller to exchange it. It is taking a very long time to get responses from them. Them stated it doesnt come in a bigger size however on the app it did. Now I'm waiting 3 days for a response for a refund. Smh very disappointed.

Lyla, We are so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your Ruffles experience. We do strive to give to give great customer service, but see we failed to me your expectation on your order. A few things I would like to point out regarding your transaction, is we contacted you over 6 times but only heard back from you once the 6th email was sent, over a week after the emails started. The hat that you ordered was only available In one size 6-24 months. We did have a selection of many hats in a bigger size, but they were not in fact the same hat that you ordered. Also when a deal runs, as much as it possibly shows a selection of sizes, most of the time when the deal closes we are sold out of stock and do not have product for exchanges even though it might have shown when you made the original purchase. Lastly your hat was refunded to you even though you never sent it back.
