I felt like the fabric had a strong odor. My previous review said it was a chemical odor but that is not fair to say as I have no clue what the “odor” was that I smelled on the outfit. I feel like it was just the way the fabric itself smelled but I don’t know for sure. However, the customer service was excellent and reached out to me about my review and they even refunded me. I did not even want a refund as I planned to just wash the romper with baking soda a few times to release that smell. The outfit itself is adorable!

We pride ourselves in giving great customer service and fast shipping, and as explained in the email sent to you, our packages touch many hands before they make it to their final destination. So as much as we get our orders packaged and ship within 1 - 2 days of purchase, if there is a hiccup along the way this can potentially delay a package from arriving on time. We need to trust that everyone will do their job along the way to get the package to you as fast as they can. Once the package leaves our hands, we lose all control of when it will arrive.  When we are notified by a customer that they have not received their package,  and we see there is an issue in tracking, we immediately offer a reshipment of the item as it is important to us that all the little ones get the outfits ordered for them. This is so cute! Even better than the photos. The dresses are super soft and the images are amazing! They were also shipped so fast. My daughter is 4 and wears a 4t, I got her 3-4 yrs because I didn’t want it to be too long on her and it’s perfect. A little snug but we are only using it for a trip to Disney so this will work. Will definitely buy from this seller again.
