I also was charged but order was never placed
I'm very sorry but it doesn't make any sense. You didn't place the order on our website, you did place it on Jane.com, I'm 100% sure Jane wouldn't charge your card without your permission, instead of leaving a bad review, you could easily ask for a refund from Jane.com, right? what did we do wrong? How can we charge you for an order you've not placed? This review is completely unfair, wrong and hurtful at the same time :(
Spectacular customer service!!
I am still waiting for these pillows that were supposed to ship on July 21st. It is now August 2nd. I have contacted seller for an update twice with no response. Do not buy from this company.
Have yet to receive it! One month after purchase, BUT the seller did email me to explain the delay which is awesome as a customer!
