I really like the pillows that I received, but I ordered 3 and only got 2 of them. The sheet in the packaging showed that I paid for 3 but said nothing about the other being on backorder. I sent an email but I haven't heard anything yet.
Shipping took a long time but item is great, as well as goood communication with seller.
No updates, no delivery. Seller responds to email quickly but over 2 weeks past the expected shipping date and I still have no idea if/when my order will ship out.
These pillows cover are gorgeous. It took awhile to ship. But I wish I order more. 👌👌
I wouldn't order from them, they send you what they want to. Definitely not what you order, and it takes forever to get them in. They are getting these ugly things back

Had some issues with shipping originally, but the seller was really helpful and we were able to get it all worked out. Customer service is a big deal to me so when companies are helpful it's a HUGE plus for me. I'm so excited about these!

Never received product that I paid for!! Jane had a glitch when I ordered, so I contacted the seller right away with the print numbers I wanted to order. Had several emails with seller and still have yet to receive product almost 2 months later.

I placed an order for 2 pillow covers. After almost a month since placing the order and several weeks after they showed they were shipped, still nothing came. I had contacted the seller twice, but I only received them after contacting JANE.com support. Jane then got in contact with the seller and I received them in just a few days. They were pretty good price for the quality hence the 2 stars, but the customer service is not up to standards. Contact Jane if you are still waiting for your order from this seller.
The prints are nice, great color and quality. The only complaint is they are mailed in a tube so hard to straighten back out to frame. Would still purchase again!
