Still waiting to receive this order. Purchased on July 8, 2017. Will update review if/when I receive these pillow cases. :(. Updated: finally received my order!!! I love the pillow case covers. So glad they finally arrived. 4 stars because shipping took weeks!

Great quality and package well to not be bent

I ordered these almost a month ago. Was charged, but haven't received them. I tried emailing the seller a few days ago asking for a refund. No response.

Order pillows almost a month ago and have yet to receive them. I've emailed now twice and still no response.

I love the prints and the colors. They arrived well and in without damage.

Item never arrived. Empty promises of it being shipped out again along with two free cases. Never showed up. Over two months after order a refund was given. First terrible Jane experience.

I placed an order on June 23rd and it is still showing as being processed. I bought 4 pillow covers from the same seller at the exact same time and they arrived two weeks ago. It's one towel. How hard can it be to ship it? I would leave zero stars if I could. Pretty disappointed as I was going to use this as a guest bath hand towel for company that has already come and gone. Any information on where my towel is would be greatly appreciated.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. ordered these almost a month ago and still haven't received them. VERY disappointing.. I just want a refund at this point. Apparently something was wrong with the zipper but the company did not bother reaching out, rather I had to email them and it's just been one delay after another. Jane should not do business with this company again.

This company is terrible. Placed an order weeks ago, was supposed to ship and never did. Then contacted owner and he promises me a full refund and also extra pillow covers but still never received nor is my order shipped again yet.
