Order was being "processed" for a very long time. I started to become curious about when I would be getting my order. After reading reviews, I realized several others were having issues with this seller/product. Sadly had to ask for order to be cancelled, since I doubt I will be getting my pillow cases if no one else has received them either. Surprised they are allowed to keep selling them on Jane if they are not able to follow through with many other orders that have already been placed weeks before.

I'm really sad, I never received my order. Seller was responsive at first to me not getting my order, but in the end I never received anything and stopped getting responses back from the seller. Update: I received my prints finally. If I had received them faster and without the hassle I would have given them 5 stars, they're really great quality.

Pillow case was nice and soft but shipping took a month.

The seller contacted me via email to let me know that they had some mistakes in the production phase and would delay the shipment. I did finally receive a package with THREE pillow cases. I ordered SIX. I contacted the seller and said they only see that I ordered one more and would send it ASAP. I responded on 8/8 that I am missing a total of THREE pillow cases, not ONE and wanted to know the estimated date of arrival. I did not hear back and I have sent them another message today, 8/16. The quality of the pillow case is great - printing is clear, pillow case is a bright white and very soft, but I am disappointed if I cannot get the other three delivered to me. Hopefully they will respond soon.... UPDATED: they have finally all arrived and they are beautiful! The seller even threw in an extra case to make up for the delay. Good thing Christmas isn't for a couple more months.

These pillow cases look amazing and I would love to have them, however, I placed my order 7/19 and it shows est to ship within 10 business days. I have since emailed the customer service for this order to inquire if they have been shipped (today is 8/16) and received no response. Slightly disappointed that this week will make a month since my order was placed and I haven't received them nor received a return email to answer of the status of my order.

The prints were shipped in a very sturdy cardboard envelope that was not damaged or bent, however, the prints inside look like they had been folded in half before being shipped. I now have 5 prints with creases down the middle...
