Love love love these Christmas pillows cannot wait to display them
So cute wishing I bought two!
These took much longer than expected to receive. I contacted the seller and he said he would get them to me as soon as possible. When I received them, the color was off from the picture and I had bought them specifically because of the colors that would coordinate with my room. The quality was also disappointing--made of a thin cheap material. However, the seller offered a full refund.
Wow! We've been communicating forever but after we issued a full refund and you kept the cases for free this is your answer! I'm a Jane seller, meanwhile a Jane customer as well. My wife is buying everything she owns from Jane, she loves Jane because she knows her husband would never disappoint people for personal gain. Super soft & cuddly. Not cheap material like the other cases I've bought on Jane.

Took over a month from when ordered for them to be shipped. Disappointing. They are only printed on one side, which I did not realize. Great quality though.
My experience with Refinery Number One, Inc has been very positive. Though the delivery was delayed, the customer service was great and easy to work with. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and prints that I chose. I look forward to purchasing from this company again.

Cute pillow covers!
The 4 pillow covers that I ordered are super cute! It took a while to receive them but when I contacted the business to inquire about the delay, they responded immediately with a very reasonable explanation. I was given a new shipment date via the email and my items arrived shortly after. I am looking forward to seeing what other pillow covers they produce.
Up close I was not impressed with the texture of the fabric...almost like paper towel type material. I'll keep all four of them for the price I payed, I'm just not in love with them.
