Have not received order yet. It's been over three weeks.
Took a long time to get
It's a copy of a watercolor, not an original...not.even.worth.it.

I love Jane and have never had a problem with anything I have ordered....However when ordering these pillow covers, at checkout it stated that the seller will ship by August 11th. Wellllll on August 21st I emailed the seller and they still have not shipped even though the money was taken from my account on August 8th, two full weeks earlier!! Bad service!! the seller did state they would get them shipped right away! But why did I have to reach out to make that happen!! Buyer beware of this seller!
Dear Kelley, I sent the items for free and issued a refund. I don't know why you hated us this much, even after I told you, we do not get paid until we ship your order, I did my very best to make it up to you, including free cases. We all love Jane, I just don't understand why you haven't responded my email with a thank you after you've been sent the order for free. Jane always protects the customers first, when you've a purchase on Jane, you'll never lose a single cent yet we shipped the order for free. Many many thanks - Kurt

I still have not received my order from the beginning of August! So my review isn't based off of the product but because I never got it! Asking Jane for a refund! Not sure why an estimated ship date is even on there if the seller isn't going be able to ship on or around the date stated!
These were never shipped. Even two weeks after the estimated ship date and two emails inquiring about the order I never received a reply.
