Ordered November 12. Noticed it was STILL processing on the 27th so I emailed the company. They explained the crisis they were having and said that I should receive the order In a few days. Still no package and no word on when they will be shipped. I understand if there was a crisis. I’m trying not to be too hard but you have to let your buyers know what’s going on. It shouldn’t be our responsibility to have to keep asking for updates and info. Hope they ship soon!!!

Seller states this will be sent out approx Nov. 21. It is December 2nd and it still hasn't shipped.

Ordered pillow covers on Nov 12. It’s Dec 2 and the order is still processing. 👎🏼

ordered before Thanksgiving when listed as expected to ship out as of 11/21, as of 12/2 it is still listed as "processing", I hope that the covers arrive soon as they are obviously Holiday decor!!!

Still waiting for my order placed in Mid-November. Hopefully it arrives so I can use it before X-Mas

It’s been almost THREE weeks and I haven’t received my pillow cases or any word, and I have left multiple emails asking about it with no response. VERY disappointed. Update- received an email after posting this response, something about a zipper problem and it will be shipped this week.

I had to contact Jane Support in order to receive a response from the seller. Apparently they had a zipper closure issue and had to reorder. I’m supposed to get my order within this next week. I would like to to use these pillow covers before Christmas is over.

Ordered on Nov. 12th and found it strange that I did it get them for some time, but Got an email from the company explaining what had happened and got my covers a few days later :) they are super cute. The red is a little more on the orange side, but overall nice!

Have not received any communication from seller about lack of shipment, was estimated to ship by Nov. 21st. Have not received item.

I ordered on November 14 and didn’t get my order until December 6. Despite the slow shipping, the product is cute and what I expected.
