I have not received my order yet. Promised shipment on Nov 21st.

These covers were ordered Nov 5. I received notice Nov 24 that a preshipment label was created. No further updates have been given. I emailed the company yesterday (nov 28), and have not received a response.

I received an email to rate these items, however I can not rate them because I NEVER RECEIVED them! I ordered them in early November thinking they will arrive before December and my holiday party, apparently they will not. Very disappointed and I can not reach out to the company because when I click on "Contact seller" nothing happens.

Adds bright colors to a boring wall. Its fun to look at the outline of the buildings and identify them. My family loves it.

Never received item

I ordered these at the beginning of November and still haven't received them. I reached out and they said they had had some zipper issues and had to re-order. That would have been good to know right when it happened so I knew there would be a delay. I'm hoping to get these soon because they look so cute!

Ordered on Nov. 12th and still no sign of them.

I order this item on November 12 - it is now the 29th and it hasn’t even processed yet. I have emailed the seller twice and I haven’t heard anything back. Very upset. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with this website.

I ordered my pillows on November 14 and still have not received them!!!

Have yet to receive my pillow covers. It has been three weeks since I ordered them. Emailed the company and have yet to hear back.

I can't review this item because I still haven't received it. Disappointed that tracking info says still sitting in facility rather than being shipped the 21st as it says.

Took a while to ship / receive, but is very cute. Worked with an 18x18 for a stuffed look. The print was a slightly different color than I was hoping for, but it's still cute.

I have not received this product yet and have not received any notice on it.
