Took forever to get them however seller communicated well. Quality is great and I am very pleased.
These Pillow cases are beautifully made!! And are such a great price! I ordered some previously when they were on jane before and had to order more!! Absolutely love!!!
Took some time to ship due to a supply issue the seller was having. That said, the seller responded to my email kindly and quickly. My pillow covers arrived very fast once shipped and I am impressed by the quality!
Still haven't gotten them, its been almost a month..
Terrible quality and they took forever to come in. The pillow cover looks dirty and the colors are off. Very dissatisfied!
Ordered on November 13th. The sale said it usually ships within 8 days. It is December 5th now. Emailed jane support/the seller to get a refund and they said it was recently shipped and should get it sometime in the next week. So much for having them to decorate for Christmas. I will be requesting a refund and sending these back once they arrive.
Hi - We only delayed one sale, we were a 5 star vendor before, we had thousands of orders. The only reason we didn't ship out was, we had some complaints about zipper closures and we had to re order the goods, so that we wouldn't send you any cases which would make you feel uncomfortable during Christmas, finally we received enough cases even for the next year. Meanwhile we shipped your order, we even shipped the cancelled orders for free. I don't know what else I can do, all I can say, as I did in my email, I'm terribly sorry, we fixed it. It was very late being shipped. After contacting the seller and Jane it did arrive. I love It! Short of shipping issue it's perfect!
Just print, no frame. Looks nice, but I don't love the fading to the city name at the bottom.
Just came in today.. Love It!! Xmas gift for Sons new apartment.. He loves going to the city!
I haven’t received this item. I contacted the shop and they responded immediately to let me know that they had a bad batch of pillow covers and had to reorder. I’ll edit my review once I receive the product if needed but I’d rather wait for a well made pillow cover than get a defective one quickly. Customer service has been impressive. Edit: After receiving these today I give five stars! I got the Noel and one with three kids. I wish I had them all. They are adorable!! The colors are vibrant and the cases are soft, they also seem well crafted, I’ll hit them with some scotchguard and we’ll be good to go! I hope to get more!
