Shipping was delayed due to a supplier problem with faulty zippers. Rather than ship a faulty product, the seller waited for another shipment. I appreciate the seller's diligence and response to my emails. The covers are cute and nice quality. They are soft and bright with adequate zipper access to easily insert the pillow. I am a little disappointed the Santa hat "Joy Love Peace Believe" is rather orangey. I'd call the a color poppy red vs a true, Christmas red like the pic shows. My other covers were exactly as pictured.
Take my advice and buy something else. Trust me. Ever Denteley this product comes from China I’m guessing since there was an issue with quality control. Which delayed shipping. I contacted the seller requesting a refund instead he continued to tell me that he was fixing the problem and shipment would be soon. I receive the product and it was dirty. The fabric was stained and dirty and the colors ran together. My Santa hat was actually orange and not red. Let’s see if the seller does the right thing and refund my money! .... received email from seller. Very difficult to work with. I contacted Jane.com with my concern. The product only cost $5.99 by the time I ship it to him , which I’m sure By this person’s demeanor there will be no return shipping label issued for free. So that just means I have to pay shipping twice. Just trust me and save yourself the hassle.
I've the import records for anyone interested to see that our products are only imported from Europe! Anyone can tell the difference, I've lived and manufactured not only in China, in entire Asia and I've a promise to myself 'never ever again manufacture in Asia' this is only a provocative answer, I'm having this for the second time, I tried offering her another case plus a free case, she chose to attack even more. We've sent thousands of free items when we were late or people wer not happy with our products but this one is a direct attack and even after sending her the nicest, most apologetic email, she keeps being harsher. I hate to offend anyone but this is way too unfair. I'm so sorry

Do not order from this vendor. The shipment took a few weeks to arrive and the product is poor quality. The colors are washed out and what appears as red in the pictures is orange. One pillow cover arrived covered in dirt marks. Very disappointed in this product.
It is Dec. 6. My package was supposed to arrive November 28th. I bought it November 18th and it still says “processing” I’ve emailed the company and have not heard anything back and it’s now been a week. Very disappointed. Usually everything I buy from Jane I’ve been in good contact and usually arrives around the estimated arrival date. Very disappointed.
The picture itself is fine but since it came in a poster tube it was jammed in there and stuck on the ends... therefore it bent.

I love the pillow covers I received, fabric and zipper quality is great. However, the print on one of the pillows I ordered is so off center, it’s almost cut off at the top. Trying to contact the seller now, but they have it blocked. *****update***** I received and email from the seller about 5 minutes after I wrote this review and am receiving a correct print of the pillow cover AND another case of whatever design I want! Great customer service, he was so polite, I’m impressed.
Shipping takes way too long. I have been waiting for over two weeks for a shipping label to even be created and they took the money out of my account weeks ago.
Terrible I ordered 2 pillow cases and never got them terrible I will make sure never buy stuff from this seller and always read the reviews before buy something
