Purchased this over a month ago says it’s still processing.
Lovely! Excellent buy. I have antique, hand-painted botanicals, and these look almost as good. Now just need to find lots of frames!!!

Hi - We only delayed one sale, we were a 5 star vendor before, we had thousands of orders. The only reason we didn't ship out was, we had some complaints about zipper closures and we had to re order the goods, so that we wouldn't send you any cases which would make you feel uncomfortable during Christmas, finally we received enough cases even for the next year. Meanwhile we shipped your order, we even shipped the cancelled orders for free. I don't know what else I can do, all I can say, as I did in my email, I'm terribly sorry, we fixed it. Ordered on 11/12, expected to shift by 11/21, item has yet to be shipped and it is 12/3. Contacted seller last week and got no response.

These were supposed to ship 2 weeks ago and they are still “processing’’?? Ive contacted the seller & got no reply! Ive ordered almost daily off of Jane.com since last month and probably weekly throughout the year and Ive never had an issue like this...
