Great quality.
Prints are so cute and great quality! Super fast shipping, Arrived 5 days after ordering!! My only regret is I wish I would have ordered the larger print.
Ordered through their website over two months ago, still haven’t received item/refund. Called, messaged on Facebook emailed both Kurt and Sam PLUS the new email they have requested customers use to reach out to them so they can “correct” the wrong. Still no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I must say we are a bit perplexed by your review. In regards to the order you placed on Jane (which this review is supposed to be about), you ordered on 1/25 and your order was delivered in your mailbox on 1/29 - this seems pretty good. But as it seems like you are reviewing an order that you placed on our personal website (which is a bit strange, why don't you leave a review there?) - we have no record of your order. Was it ordered under a different name? Could you please reach out to us on [email protected] with your order number for our website and we will try to get to the bottom of this.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! ZERO customer service. They obviously don’t care to much about work ethics or the business at all. It’s been over 2 months of trying to call, email, and Facebook message with no success. Go look on Etsy for things that are very similar. Don’t pay attention to the low cost because you won’t get your product anyway.

I’m leaving a 1 star because I ordered these towels January 28th and still have not received them. If there is going to be a delay, communicating this to customers should be a priority.
I placed an order on Dec 30 and it is now Feb 22 and I haven't gotten any kind of update or shipping confirmation. I also emailed the seller requested my order by cancelled (about a week ago) and have not heard any response. Poor customer service.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have never received these pillow covers and also have not been able to have my money refunded. Do not buy from this company. I hope JANE will not allow them to sell any more. Interestingly, my order finally shipped the day after I posted this review and I received my Valentine’s pillow covers ten days after Valentine’s Day
