Jane need a to ditch this seller. I ordered these 11/27 and they won’t arrive until Christmas Eve! Communication from the seller is very much lacking. Dissatisfied to say the least.

Ordered a month ago and still haven’t received my order

Ordered 11/29. Not shipped until 12/20. Scheduled for delivery 12/24 8 pm. So much for holiday decorating and gift-giving. It will arrive amidst my Christmas Eve party for family and friends. Too late for my needs. I can not speak to quality of the product. The lack of timely service is a poor reflection on JANE and on Refinery One. I recommend caution in ordering from here unless you have a month to wait.

material isn't very nice

Received the pillow cases a little late but they did email me to let me know. The pillow cases are cute and soft.

Never got them. Ordered on nov 27 and still not here on dec 21. Too late for decorating

I am still waiting to get these it says they will be delivered tomorrow Saturday but being I live where the Post office closes at 10am I’m sure it will be Monday! It took just about a month to get these!

Well I wish I could say I received my items and I’m enjoying them however; it’s been a month now and the seller hasn’t sent them, refused to reply to any additional emails I sent and won’t issue a refund!! Worst seller Jane.com has!!
